This policy explains what Zenith Tech Solutions ("we") collects through aerts.ztechs.in and what we do with it. It covers this website only. The AERTS terminal itself is a separate authenticated application with its own terms.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you email us to request materials, we hold your address, your message and anything you choose to include — your name, firm, or role.
• Anonymous usage data. Aggregate analytics about pages viewed and links clicked, used to understand which sections of this page are read. No advertising profiles are built and no data is sold.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and reliability.

We do not ask for financial information, trading account details or broker credentials anywhere on this website.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send the materials you asked for, and to improve this page. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us once.

Who else touches it

This site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Email reaches us through our email provider. Each of these processes data under its own terms as a service provider to us.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained as long as the relationship it belongs to is live, and thereafter only as long as we are required to. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
